Provide Consultation, printing advices and produce item such any paper and card printing, billboard, packaging and marketing item. We had move ahead to give better result and quality. We progress through knowledges and experiences and built customer trusted. We need a strong team to fulfil the company accomplishment. We are now looking for passionate Sales Chat Specialist to join us!

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide information to encourage sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Actively engage with followers to generate sales leads through creative calls-to-action (CTA), promotions, and product recommendations.
  • Monitor brand mentions and respond to comments, ensuring a positive online reputation.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services during customer interactions to maximize sales potential.
  • Promote relevant offers, upgrades, or add-ons tailored to customer needs.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least an SPM certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, but 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or digital communication is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and live chat applications is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear, professional, and engaging interactions.
  • Sales-driven mindset with persuasive communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while handling individual responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
