Customer Service Cum Sales Executive (Chinese)
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist and liaise with customers throughout sales process
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Assist in preparing the relevant documentation and administrative work
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
• Execute all sales activities starting from preparing sales orders for customers
• Follow up customer inquiry and perform after-sales services
• Having at least 1-2year(s) of working experience in related field
• Required skill in Microsoft Office application, especially Excel, Word and Power Point
• Good communication and able react quickly to customer need
• Customer oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, possesses an eye for detail and highly organised
• Candidates with prior experience for above related filed can be considered for Senior position
