Job Responsibilities:-
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, and maintain the HR calendar.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, both physical and digital.
- Monitor and update employee information in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of HR policies and employee handbooks.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical tracking and leave management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide necessary information.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by tracking review schedules and ensuring timely completion.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of performance data.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Probation and Contract Monitoring:
- Monitor probation periods and contract durations for new employees, ensuring timely evaluations and contract renewals.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Any other assigned task by the superior.
Qualifications : Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS System) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational/ multitasking and time-management skills.
- Mandarin speaking is an additional advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
