Supervisor Job Scope

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism.
• Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
• Explain and promote products and offerings .
• Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.
• Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
• Able to explain all Bask Bear products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Requirements :

• Candidate for Supervisor must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in F&B
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level
• Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays
• No health issue/critical illness
