  • Assist in posting job vacancies and managing applications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and liase with candidates.
  • Preparation of Appointment Letter, Contract letters and other related documents.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
  • Set up new employees workstations, provide access to necessary tools and introduce them to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and legal requirements in record keeping
  • Capable of managing all IT related tasks.
  • Help organise employee engagement activities for e.g Team building event etc
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Head of HR
  • Maintain and update HR systems
  • Manage HR related correspondence (emails, memo's letters etc)
  • Maintain office supplies, stationary and HR related materials for employees use
  • Assist in organising events for the employee's such as Birthday lunches, festive celebrations etc
  • Assist in office decorations during festive celebrations.
  • To perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HOD or the Management.
