- Assist in posting job vacancies and managing applications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and liase with candidates.
- Preparation of Appointment Letter, Contract letters and other related documents.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
- Set up new employees workstations, provide access to necessary tools and introduce them to team members.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and legal requirements in record keeping
- Capable of managing all IT related tasks.
- Help organise employee engagement activities for e.g Team building event etc
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Head of HR
- Maintain and update HR systems
- Manage HR related correspondence (emails, memo's letters etc)
- Maintain office supplies, stationary and HR related materials for employees use
- Assist in organising events for the employee's such as Birthday lunches, festive celebrations etc
- Assist in office decorations during festive celebrations.
- To perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HOD or the Management.
