Key Responsibility:
1) Manage Agent
- Leads management such as checking leads from fb Ads and recruitment number
2) Prospecting & Closing
- Engage leads to arrange for appointment either online or physical
- Respond to all inquiry from all sources
- Conducting survey and searching for leads in areas that do not have agents
- Making visits to specific locations and scheduling appointments with the owners of shops or outlets
3) Manage New Agent
- Get details of new agent and register in system
- Brief simple information about registration
4) Manage data management
- Updating and improve content or closing script and agents prospectus
- Collect testimony of agents success
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and offer technical solutions based on client needs.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and door to door visit customer/ prospect
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
