- Duties and Responsibilities :
- To execute on the HR and Admin function roles including monitoring and maintaining attendance, administer leave submission and leave record updating, overtime monitor.
- Payroll execution to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including taxes and deductions.
- To handle recruitment for non-executive roles, conduct orientation program and briefing sessions for new employees
- To handle disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action align to code of conduct.
- To handle foreign workers affairs including passport and permit renewal, foreign workers’ hostel management, compensation and benefits fir foreign workers.
- Responsible to general affairs administrative and employee welfare
- Responsible to employee training plan, execution and training evaluation, hrdf application and keep track on the job training progress.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with great sense of urgency.
- Detailed and meticulous, strong analytical and problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM900.00 per month
