  • Duties and Responsibilities :
  • To execute on the HR and Admin function roles including monitoring and maintaining attendance, administer leave submission and leave record updating, overtime monitor.
  • Payroll execution to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including taxes and deductions.
  • To handle recruitment for non-executive roles, conduct orientation program and briefing sessions for new employees
  • To handle disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action align to code of conduct.
  • To handle foreign workers affairs including passport and permit renewal, foreign workers’ hostel management, compensation and benefits fir foreign workers.
  • Responsible to general affairs administrative and employee welfare
  • Responsible to employee training plan, execution and training evaluation, hrdf application and keep track on the job training progress.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or equivalent with relevant experience.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with great sense of urgency.
  • Detailed and meticulous, strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM900.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
