Overview:
We are looking for a self-driven Sales Representative who values work-life balance and company culture that rewards Excellent Performance. Fresh Graduates or Candidates with proven Sales experience are encouraged to apply.
We are an educational agency and an official representative of over 30 Malaysian universities and institutions. We assist international students through all the procedures to study in Malaysian institutions. We are with students ‘step-by-step’ from course selection, university choice, offer letter, visa application, airport pick up, accommodation, medical checkup, all the way to the arrival and start of the university/Language Centre. So far we registered over 2,000 students from more than 40 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Contact: Efficiently process applications from our website or WhatsApp and assist students to make best-informed decisions about universities, courses, and how to enroll in Malaysia.
- Provide Information: Ensure clear and helpful explanation is being provided for the enrollment procedures and available discounts to students.
- Course Advice: Assist in guiding students to choose the right university for their desired courses based on their budget and interests.
- Manage Applications: Proactively oversee the application process from inquiry to visa approval, and coordinate with the logistics team for airport pickup and accommodation.
- Document Handling: Ensure all necessary documents are being delivered to the universities and keep students informed on any additional requirements.
- Sales and Follow-Up: Efficiently follow-up with prospective students to encourage them to complete the enrollment process and meet recruitment targets.
- Relationship Building: Provide excellent overall services to students through continuous support, follow-up, enhancing positive and supportive experience prior and post-arrival of the students to Malaysia.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather valuable feedback from students to continuously improve standard of services and stay updated with the latest trends in international education.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must
- Ability to provide high-level of service for different types of personalities from multiple nationalities with effective communication skills
- Possess an exceptional level of initiative and professionalism
- Must be based in Malaysia and willing to work on-site at Cyberjaya Malaysia
