Qualifications:
- Recognized Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years related experience managing a project site especially related to Railway.
- Good interpersonal skill and ability to interact with all levels of staff.Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Willing to work at Kuching, Sarawak
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare project conceptual and preliminary scope, cost estimate and project execution schedule/Plan.
- To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- To ensure on work done inspection for monthly progress claim and cash flow of the project.
- To Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- To Ensure resource availability and allocation
- To managing project and monitoring project progress in terms of planned versus actual cost, time, scope, quality, long-term performance and to prepare the progress report and escalate to management as needed.
- To perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- To be responsible for all the implementation and adhere of works at project and compliance with contract and owner’s requirements.
- To ensure scope of work under contract is clearly defined and to resolve any misunderstanding/ differences that may arise.
- To ensure adequate qualified resources and to confirm the roles, responsibilities and technical interdependencies between various design team members.
- To assist in developing teams, individuals and self enhance performance i.e. to develop and improve teams through planing and activities; identify, review and improve developmental activities for individuals.
- To assist in planning, allocating and evaluating work carried out by teams, individuals and self i.e. to plan and up-date work objectives for teams and individuals; allocate work and evaluate teams, individuals and self against objectives.
- To assist in creating, maintaining and enhancing effective working relationship i.e. establish and maintain trust and support of one employees, identify and minimise interpersonal conflict.
- To perform the evaluating, exchanging and organising information to aid decision making and problem solving.
- To establish and maintain relationships with clients and third parties/vendors
- To perform any other duties assigned by project director from time to time.
- To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and quality control.
Benefits and Remunerations:
- Salary Range: From RM 7,500.00 and above (Subject to work experience with the relevant field)

Working Days & Hours
- Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Remarks: standby for Sat and Sun if site urgent matters require to solve
