MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :-
Weekly
1. Arrangements for Newly Joined Foreign Workers(If Any:-)
· Briefing on contracts and company policy.
· Prepare advance cash.
· Register SOCSO.
· Schedule new join workers for FOMEMA & monitor FOMEMA Results
2. Arrangements for Newly Joined Outsource workers(If Any:-)
· Briefing on contracts and company policy.
3. Arrange for Resigned/Terminated/End Contract workers
· Arrange flight ticket.
· Apply Check out memo at immigration department.
· Send repatriation memo to department
· Inform payroll team for last pay salary before worker departure.
· Brief workers on reason to be send back to own country (If necessary)
· Update FW database accordingly
Monthly
4. Prepare BIK for payroll team
5. Ensure FW complete extension of employment survey.
Quarterly
6. Ensure human tracking complete by FW every quarter.
Yearly
1. Customer Audit on hostel and foreign workers management
2. Outsource Manpower Agreement renewal
3. Renewal company business license
4. Renew FW CIDB green card
AD-HOC
1. Assist in Internal/External Audits
2. Emergency Medical Attention to foreign workers-industrial accident
3. Require Emergency access to Passport for hospitalization
4. IVisa application at embassy
5. Company activities: Sports, Hiking, CSR and any other company related activities.
6. Briefing to outsource or any service providers on company policy/complaints/further improvements
AUTHORITY
1. Approve subordinate leave application, TMS and attendance change in Infotech
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT (Job Specification)
Skills
1. Good interpersonal skills and communications and confident to manage foreign workers.
2. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Good initiatives, ability to meet deadline and multi-tasking at 1 time.
4. Must be willing to travel - sending workers to Hospital, clinic, fomema, airport, embassy, and etc
Education
1 Diploma/Degree in any field
Experience
1. 4 years relevant experience in handling foreign workers management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
