Job description

  • Respond professionally to inbound, live chat and email.
  • To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
  • To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
  • Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
  • Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum posses with Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above
  • Able to speak and write Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • With customer service experience from BPO / Call center is preferable
  • Able start work immediately is preferable

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift
