Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products, including life, health, or other types of coverage based on the client’s needs.
- Product Knowledge:
Leverage your understanding of insurance products and services to provide accurate information and expert guidance to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and product changes.
- Customer Consultation:
Listen to customer needs, assess their requirements, and provide appropriate insurance solutions. Tailor product offerings based on customer profiles and preferences.Work with provided leads or generate new prospects through referrals, networking, or research. Qualify leads based on their interest and potential to convert to sales.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and call quotas. Strive for high conversion rates from initial inquiry to closed sale.Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, providing additional information or clarification as needed. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to enhance retention and referrals.Assist customers with inquiries, provide policy details, and guide them through the application process. Ensure all questions are answered and issues are resolved promptly.Accurately record all customer interactions, sales, and activities in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products based on customer needs and profiles.Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical sales practices. Ensure transparency and clear communication with customers throughout the sales process.Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in the insurance field (sales experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and the industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
