Full job description

  • Responsible for building maintenance including plumbing (leaking/waterproofing/water pump), painting, carpentry, electrical, air-conditioning, lift maintenance, firefighting, waterwork and kitchen equipment.
  • Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps and etc.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment including furniture, wall crack, and painting work.
  • Maintain hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
  • To assist other whenever needed and to be a good team player.
  • To perform other duties set by the Company or his direct superiors which are not in the job description in emergency circumstances.

Requirement:

-Must have minimum of 2 years maintenance/technician experience.

-Position is open to citizens of Malaysia and permanent resident of Malaysia only.
