Location: Damai Point, Luyang, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in line with company SOP.
- Attend to and serve walk-in and dine-in customers with their requests.
- Maintain a conducive, safe, and comfortable ambiance for staff and customers.
- Familiarize yourself with the F&B menu to provide effective explanations and recommendations.
- Cross-sell and promote the outlet's products and any new promotions.
- Perform stock take and spring cleaning as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Handle customer complaints and develop solutions.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors or management.
Job Requirements:
- Open to candidates with no working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
- Good verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Team player willing to go the extra mile to achieve outlet targets.
- Salary: RM1500-RM2000
