Job Description: - To handle a full set of finance operations such as AR, AP, GL, cash management and taxation. - To prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports timely for submission and ensure intercompany transactions and balances are reconciled. - Oversee subsidiary’s financial/management report and assist to prepare sub-group consolidation. - Assist in preparation of the Group’s financial statements including supporting schedules for the notes to financial statements. - Review and/or draft subsidiaries’ financial statements. - Liaise with external parties, i.e. external auditors, tax agents, bankers, etc. - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and undertake special assignments and projects as directed by superior/the Management. Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership or equivalent is preferred. - At least 5 years of working experience in the related field (candidate with at least 2-3 years audit experience with consolidation experience is preferred). - Must be able to handle a full set of accounts. - Experience with group consolidation in multi entity environments, preferably candidates who are able to read Mandarin to support preparation consolidation for China subsidiaries. - Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge on Oracle’s JD Edwards and Sigma Conso software is an added advantage. - Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
