Retail Outlet Management and Business Development will be responsible for managing the new site acquisition, expansion, and tenancy aspects of properties within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and all present and new project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Job Description

  1. Plan and manage the new site acquisition that is in line with the Company’s direction to expand the business.
  2. Source and secure the new and suitable site location that is in line with the rental budget, site presentations, follow-up, negotiate terms and finalize tenancy agreements, renewal of tenancies, and coordination of tenancy documents and agreements.
  3. Build good rapport with property, mall owners business partners, etc.
  4. Work closely with other departments on the fit-out, operations, and legal documents preparation, and monitor outlets’ sales performance.
  5. Keep abreast with market demand, conduct market research, and prepare a feasible proposal.
  6. Managing maintenance work, renovation tasks, planning, and scheduling for all outlets.
  7. Sourcing and managing communication between designers, vendors, contractors, and related stakeholders.
  8. Preparing design proposals, reports, and costing to stakeholders.
  9. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope (quality assurance/ report), and within budget.
  10. Coordinate internal designers and vendors for flawless execution.
  11. Prepare appropriate weekly and monthly reports to update the senior management on the progress.
  12. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3-4 years experience in Property Management/Property Management system.
  2. Experience handling Tenancy, Rental, Renewal, and Leasing administration matters.
  3. Exposure to handling Property Management/Real Estate systems and have a good understanding of the company’s requirements and good relationships with landlords and mall owners.
  4. Well-versed in English / Mandarin / Cantonese as needed to liaise with Contractors / Suppliers.
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, reviewing technical drawings, and handling renovation processes.
  6. Attention to detail, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, sensitivity to figures and statistics.
  7. Good communication, reporting writing, and presentation skills.
  8. Able to supervise vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Self-motivate and strategic mindset focus.
  10. One-year contract, renewable based on requirements.
  11. Night work is required.
  12. Frequent travelling is required.
  13. Malaysian only.

Salary Range : RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
