Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and files.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supply.
  • Liaise with suppliers and resolve any issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery.
  • Perform administrative duties related to the purchasing department.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift
