Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and files.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supply.
- Liaise with suppliers and resolve any issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery.
- Perform administrative duties related to the purchasing department.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
