- Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences and budget, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support before, during, and after clients' trips.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Handle customer inquiry & tolerate with customer need
- Added advantage for those who are familiar with the following knowledge or experience in travel industry
- Basic knowledge in communication skill
- Basic knowledge in travel or tourist products
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is preferred
- Encourage fresh graduated to apply
