Main Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire flowback process, from preparation, execution to completion; • Monitor and control the flow of fluids from the well, ensuring proper equipment functioning; • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate flowback activities with overall drilling and completion operations; • Lead and supervise a team of flowback technicians; • Provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient and safe flowback operations; • Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge; • Supervise the maintenance and troubleshooting of flowback equipment; • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns; • Work closely with maintenance personnel to address equipment issues promptly; • Monitor and analyse data related to flowback operations; • Provide reports on well performance, fluid recovery rates, and other relevant metrics; • Use data to optimize flowback processes and improve efficiency; • Interact with clients to understand their requirements and expectations; • Provide regular updates on flowback operations and address any client concerns; • Work collaboratively to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
