Restaurant Supervisor
- Customer service: Ensure customers have a positive experience by interacting with them, from answering reservations request or queries, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Food safety: Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations by supervising food storage, preparation, and handling.
- Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, if needed
- Inventory: Assist Restaurant Manager in monitoring inventory and manage stock orders.
- Customer complaints: Respond to and resolve customer complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
