Employee at this position coordinates the operation of IRAN sales department by establishing territories, goals, and quotas. Reviewing IRAN market analyses helps employee to determine Iranian customer needs and sales volume potential that will meet company goals. In general employee evaluate the IRAN Market. Moreover, represents IABC at trade association conventions and meetings to promote our services. Furthermore, may also be in charge of recommending or approving budgets for product research and development in IRAN and offers direction to IABC Board based on IRAN MARKET analyze statistics. Responsibilities - Develop new business opportunities in IRAN to meet trends - Help develop and implement strategic sales plans in IRAN - Facilitate Iranian client requirements meetings – both in person and/or remotely - Develop market analysis to identify Iranian customer needs - Stay current with IRAN client needs, competition, and industry trends - Develop and manage IRAN-MALAYSIA client & agency relationships - Evaluate accounts - Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner - Responsible for assisting with IRAN & MALAYSIA sales/marketing and advertising campaigns - Maintain active participation and membership in IRAN networking organizations - Achieves IRAN marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing IRAN marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing IRAN-MALAYSIA action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying IRAN trade trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. - Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements of IRAN Market; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. - Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual IRAN sales quotas; projecting expected IRAN sales volume and profit for existing and new services; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. - Accomplishes IRAN marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. - Identifies IRAN marketing opportunities by identifying Iranian consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. - Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on IRAN market opportunities - Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. - Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing IRAN market data and trends. - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. - Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives - Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures - Training, helping new and current sales staffs of IRAN companies on MALAYSIA trade rules - Maintain a close relationship with IRAN Organizations - Maintain a close relationship with IRAN companies and clients by conversations, not sales pitches Requirments: - Has good connection and network among Iranian organizations and Industries - Having previous experience at MARKETING department - Being fluent in Persian Language to connect with Iranian parties - Excellent Persian written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and problem- solving skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - At least Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years work experience
