Leading team in daily operations.
Train and coach team members in accordance with SOPs and company guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service and warm hospitality at all times.
Submit daily reports and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
Manage stock inventory, ensure outlet cleanliness, and maintain proper organization.
Ensure compliance with quality audit checks and achieve passing marks.
Aggressive in pushing sales.
Requirements:

Fresh graduate all welcomed to join.
Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
Ambition to grow and advance within the company.
