  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Sales Advisor located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with product inquiries, recommending appropriate products, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Strong retail sales skills and experience
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Passion for technology and Apple products.
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
