  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for the sales team.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Update and maintain customer databases and sales records.
  • Act as a link between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments.
  • Provide shipment updates and resolve client concerns or escalate when necessary.
  • Work with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM. A Diploma or higher in Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Experienced in the freight forwarding industry
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the freight forwarding industry
  • Sales, Negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Sales experience with success in the cold-calling environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving environment
  • Able to get along well with others in a team setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a bonus.
  • Working - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
