Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for the sales team.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
Update and maintain customer databases and sales records.
Act as a link between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments.
Provide shipment updates and resolve client concerns or escalate when necessary.
Work with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Prepare monthly sales reports.

Candidates must possess at least SPM. A Diploma or higher in Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
Experienced in the freight forwarding industry
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the freight forwarding industry
Sales, Negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Sales experience with success in the cold-calling environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving environment
Able to get along well with others in a team setting
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a bonus.
