Job Overview:
We are seeking highly qualified math teachers to deliver online math courses (in English) for Middle School students in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.. The role involves teaching according to Think Academy's curriculum, ensuring exceptional learning outcomes and fostering a love for math among students globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Teaching:
- Attend comprehensive training sessions during the first six months.
- Prepare lesson plans according to the Think Academy curriculum.
- Participate in regular teacher development workshops.
- Participate in student evaluations/assessment and engage in parents communications.
Teaching Delivery:
- Conduct live, interactive online math classes for assigned Middle School students.
- Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to diverse student needs.
Post-Teaching:
- Provide detailed feedback and reports on student progress.
- Collaborate with parents to track student development.
- Grading homeworks and provide homework help sessions to students needed.
- Provide students office hours, etc. to ensure student learning results.
- Support student retention and progression by implementing Think Academy's post-class engagement strategies.
- Any other teaching related activities or services assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- College Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Any major is welcome as long as you are passionate in teaching kids math.
- Able to teach in English fluently, bilingual in Mandarin is a big plus.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different educational systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
Training and Onboarding:
- The first six months include a structured training program with a fixed schedule to ensure readiness for teaching.
- Teachers will be based on-site in Kuala Lumpur during this period.
- After six months, teachers may transition to remote, flexible working hours, with occasional late-night or early-morning teaching sessions to accommodate time zone differences.
Working Hours:
- Fixed working hours during the first six months, 5 days a week.
- Flexible remote working hours post-training.
- Occasional late-night or early-morning sessions (between 12 AM to 6 AM) depending on class schedules in different regions.

Pay: RM2800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month(Based on the number of classes taken and teaching performance)
