Homestay Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping&Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our homestay/Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth guest experiences, maintain property standards, and optimize operational efficiency to achieve maximum profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Airbnb properties, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure timely property upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to uphold quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies (toiletries, linens, etc.) and replenish as needed.
• Manage all guest communications, including inquiries, bookings, and post-stay feedback.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to guest issues, complaints, and emergencies.
• Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
• Create personalized guest experiences to boost ratings and reviews
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures .

Qualifications:

• More than 5 years experience in managing housekeeping as head supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Airbnb/short-term rental platforms and property management software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Posses own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
