Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of cafe employees, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, cooking, and serving, to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Maintain high food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards to meet health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation, making supply orders, and minimizing waste to optimize cost efficiency.
- Ensure that all equipment functions properly and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent in hospitality or business management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of café industry trends, customer preferences, and menu development.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technology.
- ServSafe or equivalent certification in food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
