- Provide technical support to customers.
- Provide software solutions, product training, upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.
- Have patience when listening to problems faced by customers.
- Handle inbound calls/emails from customers.
- Ensure the ticket is solved within the time frame.
- Able to work both independently as well as a team.
- Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.
- At least SPM, Diploma in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration/Management equivalents.
- Able to write and speak in English, Malay & Mandarin
- Basic computer knowledge is a must.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Having own transport and willing to travel will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
