Continuous Improvement • Monitor the performance of BI solutions, making improvements as needed, while staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the BI field. Documentation • Maintain documentation of data models, reports, and processes for future reference and training. Project Management • Manage BI projects, including scoping, requirements gathering, and implementation, as needed. Strategic Planning • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals, while identifying target markets, segments, and customer personas to drive growth. Prospect Research • Identify target markets, industries, and customer segments, and conduct research to gather information on potential leads, including company details, decision-makers, and pain points. Database Management • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads, including contact information and relevant details. • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and progress. Outreach Strategies • Develop effective strategies for reaching out to leads through channels such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking events, while customizing outreach messages based on the lead's industry, role, and pain points. Cold Calling and Cold Emailing • Initiate cold calls and send targeted cold emails to potential leads, crafting compelling value propositions and messages that address their needs Lead Qualification • Engage in conversations with potential leads to assess their level of interest and fit for the company's products or services, determining if they meet the defined criteria for becoming qualified opportunities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency. • Experience in campaign tracking and performance optimization is preferred. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. • Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and client concerns. • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask, and work well independently and in a team setting. • Proactive go-getter with a growth mindset, eager to take on challenges and contribute to team success.
