Reporting and Analysis: o Generate and analyze production and inventory reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. o Prepare and present reports to management on production performance, material usage, and inventory levels. 5. Continuous Improvement: o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in materials planning and production scheduling. o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to apply innovative solutions to planning challenges. Qualifications: • Have experience in materials planning, production planning, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles. • Proficiency in planning and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus.
