Key Responsibilities:- - Perform data entry tasks in timely and accurate manner. - Enter financial transactions including invoices receipts and payments into system. - Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with utmost discretion. - Assist with sorting & filing financial paperwork & documents. - Prepare & update spreadsheets as required. - Respond to inquiries from colleagues to provide necessary information & support. - With other accounting team members to ensure proper documentation working closely. - Collect, maintain and safekeep all financial record. - Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledges, budgets, etc. - Assisting with audit, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. - To assist accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any task that require accounting personnel to take part. Qualifications:- - At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Knowing how to use the AutoCount system is an advantage. - Good communication skills, problem-solving, and a good team player. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office. - Energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for great efficiency.
