OVERVIEW OF INTERNS JOB SCOPE
· Introduction of Company Background and Company Product
· Training in practicing basic laboratory tests and shelf life test
· Training in the sensory evaluation preparation
· Understanding on food standard and ingredients evaluation
· Maintain and update regularly R&D documentation
· Explore new and exciting culinary techniques and presentations
· Assist in conducting basic laboratory tests and shelf life test
· Assist in evaluates current and alternative food ingredients, create product recipe and conduct sensory evaluation of new food products
· Translate development recipes by simplifying steps for executional replication
· Accurately document recipes and methods of preparation
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
