Quality Manager

1) Responsible for the overall Quality function including process SPC, FPY and RTY, incoming materials, in-process and outgoing/customer quality assurance, product Quality and reliability in the field 2) Provide risk assessment and decision on any deviation related to process and product Quality. 3) Ensure compliance for the implementation and maintenance of Quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO14001, Reach and RoHS as well 4) Ensure compliance with 5S, Health and Safety, ESD control requirements 5) Responsible for new employees training as well as yearly specialized training based on input from job knowledge coverage survey 6) Ensure compliance of customer Quality & regulatory requirements through effective quality planning and collaboration with customer to establish acceptable and realistic quality criteria as early as during NPI stage. 7) Ensure closure of Quality issues through root cause analysis and implementation of effective containment and close-loop corrective/preventive actions. 8) Lead and provide support to cross functional managers to ensure corrective actions/ Quality continuous improvement occurs per committed time line 9) Establish Quality department KPI & target, review and report quality performance regularly to ensure target is achieved
