a. Ensure all landside area (including Airport Access Road) and Car Park facilities/equipment are operational at all times. b. Ensure all charges are paid promptly and cash management is conducted safely and efficiently. c. Ensure all directives being carried out and obeyed for the smooth running of landside and Car Park operations. d. Monitor and prepare reports on landscaping contractor’s performance and activities. e. Inspect and enforce cleanliness and orderliness at the curbside and car park area. f. Inspect and ensure markings, signs and other related facilities are visible and functional at all times. g. Coordinate with other relevant Agencies and Terminal Operations during VIP/VVIP movements and emergency situations. h. Report any incident/accident to Head of Operations immediately i. Assist Enforcement Officer on illegal parking such as a camping exercise. j. Conduct Security and surveillance patrolling. k. Record daily activities, Filling record, key- in annual/medical leave in the most systematic manner. l. Assist Duty Executive in ensuring Landside and Car park operations in compliance with QMS, SHE and other Legal requirements m. Assist Duty Executive in preparing annual budget exercise n. Assist operation carry out any directives given by airport higher authority team as and when needed o. Inventorying and documenting all vehicles parked in the parking facilities at any time between midnight and 6 a.m. each day. Physical inventory must include the following for each vehicle and any information requested by the employer: i. Date parked ii. Description of the area where the vehicle was parked iii. Plate Number & Validity of Road Tax Such data shall be made available to the employer upon request p. Notifying the Duty Executive immediately of any deflation, theft, fraud, or embezzlement, or suspicion thereof, by any of its service providers, and prosecuting such employees if the Employer so requests. The Service Provider shall provide all related documents requested by the Employer in relation to the aforesaid, including, but not limited to, copies of police reports on any action taken against such employees. q. Monitoring the parking facilities to prevent, deter, and minimize vandalism, damages, and theft of vehicles and equipment. r. Resolving incidents of vandalism and fraud in the Parking Facilities. s. Conducting the parking facility inspection to ensure that all safety standards outlined in the Airports Safety Management manual are met or exceeded. All hazardous conditions found must be barricaded to prevent access by the public and must be immediately reported to the Duty Executive. t. Immediately notify the Duty Executive when the parking space is closed once it has reached its maximum capacity. u. Monitoring the intercom system and immediately responding to calls for assistance. Any known malfunction in the system shall be immediately reported to the Duty Executive. v. Collecting bank note storage (End Shift) by 9.00 a.m and sending it to Counting Representatives (CR) on a daily basis. w. The Service Provider shall not dispose of any equipment/ furnishing without the written consent of the Employer. x. Providing periodic reports, including, but not limited to, monthly profit/loss statement, revenue/expenses per space by lot.
