Job Descriptions:
- Professionally manage multi-channel interactions such as calls, email, social media, mobile apps, and in-person enquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Explore and introduce different types of services and products that are available to our customers.
- Analyze customer intentions in order to assist customers to the best of your ability.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain and update customer records.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in Call Centre, banking, or customer service environments.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Positive attitude, independent, able to multi-task, and a team player.
- Pleasant voice, attentive listening, and good communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
