Key Responsibilities: Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet specified quality standards and specifications. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection and test results, including any non-conformances and corrective actions taken. Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards. Defect Identification: Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformances, and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Calibration: Ensure that all testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas for improvement. Training: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or related fields is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, and good communication skills.
