- To assist in QA Manager in overseeing and maintaining quality standards in the production process, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Manage the QA operation team, implementing quality control processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.Provide detailed reports on quality performance, non-conformances, and improvement initiatives for management review.Lead and manage all customer requirement, quality report and attend quality review meeting with customer.
- Provide guidance and training to QA staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensure evaluation and assessment of QA staff are carried out as per established procedure
- Lead and manage a team of quality control professional, including hiring, training and performance evaluation. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, conducting mock audits, and addressing audit findings,
- Attend to customer audits and suppliers' audits when required.
- Bachelor’s degree required, bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience in QAQC field, with a least 2 years in Managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive quality initiatives.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to take leadership in resolving issues across all the departments and remain accessible at all times
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysian and Mandarin.
