• Manage and attend to sales order processing and administration. • Prepare Invoices, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Quotations, Packing Lists and Tender Documents. • Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for the best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service. • Liaise with suppliers and vendors on quotations, legal documentation and contracts. • Attend to clients’ and customers’ inquiries, orders, delivery, and complaints. • Coordinate and work align with the operation team (accounts & logistics) on both goods purchase and delivery, ensuring minimum disruptions to the sales team. • Ensure the products are delivered to customers in a timely manner and the quality of the goods received is satisfactory. • Maintain proper records of stock arrival, purchases, quotations, vendor management, suppliers’ information & documentation. • Responsible to handle registration, renewal and submission of MoF (eP) related documents and local authority. • Assist in the marketing of the product and projects as well as produce a well-researched design for publication online and in print. • Undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
