EDUCATION & COUNSELLING SERVICE MANAGER

• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational and counseling programs tailored to students' academic and personal development needs. • Provide academic, career, and personal counseling to students, addressing individual challenges and guiding them towards success. • Lead, supervise, and support a team of educators, counselors, and staff, ensuring effective service delivery and professional growth. • Work closely with faculty, administrators, and external partners to ensure a holistic approach to student support and maintain open communication across departments. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and retention, particularly for at-risk students. • Provide immediate support and intervention during student crises, including academic stress, mental health challenges, or personal emergencies. • Regularly assess the effectiveness of educational and counseling programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance service delivery. • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements while managing budgets, resources, and reports. • Organize and support ongoing professional development opportunities for staff to improve their skills and stay updated on best practices in education and counseling. • Coordinate student orientation programs and provide ongoing support to help students transition smoothly into academic life at the institution.
