  • Serve as the centralized point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate and support internal departments and external vendor to ensure seamless execution of customer orders or inquiries.
  • Follow up on operational issues, ensure it is resolve and revert back to the customer.
  • Assist in maintaining positive relationships with key customers and vendor.
  • To manage, analyse and make accurate data report to the customer and internal departments.
  • Key in necessary information into the system, verify costs and issue an invoice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects where you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, working closely with managers and team members to ensure successful outcomes.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent task management skills.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn new task.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Willingness to travel to operation site and support.
  • Knowledge of the courier industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
