Analyst

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION -Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GR TAT receipt, WO cycle time, WARS indicators and warehouse productivity. -Process Improvement: Improve workflow optimization by analyzing existing warehouse processes and workflows to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements. -Reporting: Create and distribute reports on inventory performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics and provide data and insights for specific projects or management applications. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -Responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy to streamline the inventory process and inform senior management of inventory performance. -Analyze transaction errors and work with IT to implement short-term and long-term solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, planning, procurement, HSE. -Be involved as a key member in the review and implementation of ERP/system/database in collaboration with management owners and system consultants. -Organize/optimize warehouse/internal/warehouse related processes based on business requirements. -Identify and propose cost improvements/reductions through data mining and analysis. -Responsible for reporting accuracy and gap analysis. -Participate in automation projects and projects for design, analysis, development and implementation. -Understand business needs and develop solutions internally and in collaboration with a third party. -Ability to lead a team with good environmental management skills. -Must contribute to ISO compliance and be a strong logic representative in internal and external audit programs. -Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio).
