Supervisor - HSE

Job Purpose Execute the implementation of Crisis Management strategies for KLCC Group to protect People, Environment, Assets and Reputation (PEAR). Accountabilities 1.Emergency & Crisis Management ​ - Act as Emergency Response Team (ERT) during activation of emergency response according to Incident Action Plan (ie: Medical, Fire, Chemical Spill, Water Leak, Natural Disaster etc)​ - Advice On-Scene Commander (OSC) on activation of Tier 2 if incident is beyond control. Manage the scene until the arrival of authority. Assist authority on scene during Tier 2.​ 2.Contractors Management​ - Custodian on Permit to Work (PTW) system. Ensure all contractors fulfills all the PTW requirements before start work (JHA, HIRARC, SDS, Hot Work Permit, Confined Space etc).​ - Conduct and manage contractors' safety briefing and certificate attendance.​ - Contractors' safety policing and enforcement. Issuance and monitor of Stop Work Order (SWO), Opportunity of Improvement (OFI) for HSE non-compliance.​ 3.HSE Inspection and Management​ - HSE inspection covering all areas (office floors, mechanical floors, high risk areas, setback, emergency staircases, common facilities, common estates).​ - Management of HSE equipment (medical supplies, ERT equipment, Fire Extinguishers, Automated External Defibrillators (AED), Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Requirements - Certificate / Diploma in HSE related ​ ​- Educational qualification Field/branch/stream​ in HSE or equivalent​ - ​More than 3 years of working experience in managing HSE, preferable on facility management​ ​- Additional experience liaising / working with the authorities ie KKM, Bomba is an advantage *This position will be hired under Manpower Supply*
