Management Training Sales & Marketing - Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation's brand and social media strategy. Scheduling social media posts using applications such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Interacting with customers and dealing with customers' enquiries. Job description: • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions • Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary • Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines • As a property salesperson or negotiator, you will be working for an estate agent and • using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills. • Arranging advertising to promote the property • Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database • Making appointments and showing buyers around a property • You need to meet clients and buyers outside of normal working hours. • Provide good after sales service. Lease with banks and LPPSA on loan matters • Follow accordingly any instructions by Managing Director and Superior. • Working days - 6 days per week (Need to work on weekend and public holiday). • Job area Kota Bharu (No Accommodation) and Machang (Accommodation provided) • Ready to relocation QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT: • Preferable Diploma and above • Good personality • Preferable good in Facebook live presentation • Computer literate (Facebook, Mudah.my, Instagram, website) • Possess valid driving license • Ready to relocation OTHER BENEFITS: 1.
