  • Respond to incoming client and customer calls for the designated team, offering support to the Operations Team.
  • Work closely with Collection Managers to help the team achieve both team and client performance targets.
  • Accurately input assignment and payment information provided by clients into the system.
  • Review new assignments and customer records daily, assign or reassign tasks to the team, manage workload distribution, and oversee daily collection activities to ensure that monthly collection objectives set by the company and clients are achieved.
  • Generate and submit precise reports to clients within the required deadlines.
  • Update payment details in the system promptly and resolve any discrepancies with clients without delay.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients within the designated time frame.
  • Complete and submit the monthly commission report for staff before the due date.
  • Provide backup support for reception duties when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
