About the role

We are expanding and seeking a driven Admin Assistant to join our team at LOGICAL ASIA SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position will provide vital administrative support to our Client and Sales teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handling inbound enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining and updating client and sales records and databases
  • Providing support in the preparation of sales reports and presentations

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
