We are looking talented Full-Time Central Kitchen Commis 1 or Demi Chef to join our us at our HQ Outlet @ Kota Damansara.
For chefs who are tired of working long & late hours everyday, but still have the passion to cook, this is the job for you!
Mondays Off day, Tuesday - Sundays 9.30-6pm (7.5hr/day)!!

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen
  • We are a Beef Importer so you will learn how to cut & prepare all sorts of Halal Certified Beefs from Japan, Argentina, Aus, Brazil, USA & NZ!
  • Get to learn different parts of the Cow & how to cut them and cook them!
  • You even get to taste all these expensive RM1000/kg beef!
  • Participate in menu development and testing new recipes
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
  • Provide training and guidance to junior kitchen staff

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or equivalent role in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
