- Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Oversee employee onboarding and ensure a smooth orientation process.
- Handle payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions accurately and on time.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in performance appraisal and career development processes.
- Renew business licenses from time to time, including MPK , Puspakom and etc.
- Handling Foreign worker renewal,FOMEMAandetc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
