  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and ensure a smooth orientation process.
  • Handle payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions accurately and on time.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and career development processes.
  • Renew business licenses from time to time, including MPK , Puspakom and etc.
  • Handling Foreign worker renewal,FOMEMAandetc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
