Key Responsibilities

1. Successfully drive and deliver hiring for the center and corporate positions while meeting highest candidate quality benchmarks. Achieve hiring targets/objectives.

2. Develop and implement a comprehensive hiring plan within the first 30 days of joining.

3. Build a lean, world-class Talent Acquisition team capable of hiring top-tier (Grade AAA) candidates across all divisions. To simultaneously build Talent Acquisition System processes and workflows to meet expanded local and international hiring requirements.

4. Significantly elevate the positioning of the Aureus Employer Brand and Ecosystem by developing and executing a comprehensive branding strategy. This should include enhancing the company’s online presence through the company webpage, targeted ads, social media and more. The strategy should also focus on creating compelling employer branding content to attract top talent across all channels – effectively increasing our pipeline.

5. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles across the organization, focusing on both immediate needs and long-term strategic workforce planning.

Hiring Criteria

  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, including 3 years in managerial or leadership roles.
  • Highly data-driven with a proven track record of leveraging data for recruitment decisions.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, translating insights into innovative recruitment strategies.
