- To handle full set of accounts
- To handle accounts receivables and account payables
- Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
- Handle full set of account timely reported to SST submission
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Collaborating with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- A relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small practice or SME environment
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen interest in providing high-quality financial support to small businesses
