  • Perform daily recording of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transaction documents.
  • Conduct data entry for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accounting transactions.
  • Prepare monthly Statement of Account OA.
  • Generate Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Aging monthly reports.
  • Monitor and track customer debts.
  • Perform online payments and bank reconciliations.
  • Check and verify staff expense claims and other payable claims.
  • Maintain a full set of accounts, leveraging relevant knowledge and experience.
  • Possess proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft programs, and accounting software.
  • LCCl Diploma and above.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • One (1-3) year of working experience as a clerical and support.
